Where does the Jewelry Come From
Michaela partners with global merchants and works very closely with skilled jewellers to provide you with the absolute lowest prices.

Our partners are located throughout different parts of the world including the USA, Far-East, Dubai, EU and Asia.  Our unique business relationship with our global partners has given MIchaela access to high quality jewelry and accessories at exceptionally low prices which we can then pass on to our valued customers.


How Long Does it Take to Receive My Order.

Because we ship directly from our partners' facilities from various countries throughout the world, your order may take between 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. While the shipping time may be longer than usual, we are able to pass the cost saving to you and provide lower costs. If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order or missed parcel deliveries.

Do you Provide Tracking Numbers?
Many of our partners do provide tracking numbers but some do NOT provide tracking numbers. It depends on the warehouse and country that your order is sent from.  Rest assured you're in good hands and all of your purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. 


How much does shipping cost?
All prices on our store include the shipping costs with the exception of Free promotional items that we run from time to time. If a promotional item is listed as FREE you only have to pay for the shipping cost to your location.

All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same item. Any item with a price on Michaela comes with FREE SHIPPING.

If you buy a number items which are mixed between the FREE items and paid items the same above principles apply.


What is Your Return/Refund Policy
If an item doesn’t arrive, doesn't materially match the description or is defective, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs.  There are no refunds 24 hours after your order was placed. For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.


Do you deliver products internationally?
Michaela successfully ships large quantities of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

Occasionally we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping costs to some areas of the world but we always try to ensure our products are available to everyone.


I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have multiple warehouses worldwide, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. You'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't be concerned if you don't receive all of your items at once.  They will get to you!


I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.


How secure is my personal information?
Michaela adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. We never store your credit card. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.  Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
